Mr. Mohr is a founder and Managing Partner of Two River Ventures LLC, a structuring and capital advisory firm that provides non-dilutive growth capital solutions to fast growing technology and ESG companies. 

 

Mr. Mohr has extensive experience in capital markets, syndicate, structuring, capital raising, and executive management that was accumulated during more than 20 years at prestigious investment banking and securities firms including Guggenheim Securities, Cohen & Company Securities, Keefe, Bruyette, & Woods (KBW), and Pierpoint Securities (currently Amherst-Pierpoint).

In 2014, Mr. Mohr Co-Founded and funded a technology startup, MallHawk, Inc., where he served as CEO. The app-based consumer marketplace introduced him to a new universe of investors and ideas – serving as a gateway to cleantech and renewable energy finance and ultimately impact investing. At Cohen, Mr. Mohr built and managed the firm’s fixed income trading and capital markets businesses. He successfully built a global structured and esoteric credit franchise. During his tenure, the firm completed dozens of new-issue securitizations, developed a specialization in the trading and marketing of complex fixed income securities, and progressively increased revenue every year.

Mr. Mohr earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from Seton Hall University and as well as post graduate studies at New York University.
